What is Pose Method?
Learning the correct running Pose is just as important as having a stable position for an overhead squat, or proper asana in yoga. So in order to run faster, run longer, avoid injuries & reduce impact on your body – you need to improve your technique.
Pose Running is based on the Pose Method®, where we determine the key poses. In running, there is only one pose, which we call the Running Pose.
About Pose Method Clinic
The focus for this clinic is to help participants understand the concept how to run, how to minus the risk of injuries and to run more effective.
The clinic provides simple, yet sufficient, foundation knowledge about movement and running. No other methodology about running has a standardized, systematic approach backed by over 40 years of research and practical implementation.
During this immersive educational seminar participants will learn how to increase speed and endurance, how to prevent running related injuries and remain injury free.
